This is an original, rolled, half-sheet movie poster from 1949 for a theatrical re-release of As You Like It. The 1936 film stars Laurence Olivier, Henry Ainley, Elisabeth Bergner, Sophie Stewart, Stuart Robertson, and Leon Quartermaine. Paul Czinner directed the English romantic comedy loosely based on the play by William Shakespeare.
The poster measures 22” x 28” and is in very good to excellent condition with very minor edge wear. Unlike most half-sheet posters from this era, it has never been folded.
