This is an original, Italian 4 fogli movie poster from 1981 for the initial, theatrical release of Raging Bull starring Robert De Niro, Joe Pesci, Cathy Moriarty, and Frank Vincent. Martin Scorsese directed the classic film based on the book by boxer Jake LaMotta. Kunio Hagio created the artwork for the poster.
The poster measures 55” x 78” and was printed in two sections that are designed to overlap. It is in very good to excellent condition with some light creasing along parts of the outer, white edge. The poster was folded at the time of printing. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters.
