Advise and Consent (1962)

This is an original, three-sheet theatrical movie poster from 1962 for Advise and Consent starring Henry Fonda, Charles Laughton, Don Murray, Walter Pidgeon, Peter Lawford, Gene Tierney, Burgess Meredith and Eddie Hodges. Otto Preminger directed the political drama.  Saul Bass is the artist for the poster.

The poster measures 41” x 81” and was printed in 2 sections designed to overlap. It was folded at the time of printing.  The poster is in very good condition with some creases, smudges, and small tears on some of the fold lines and cross-folds from long-term, folded storage. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters.

Please look closely at the photos (this is the exact poster you are buying). It is not cropped or a stock image.  The black squares in the corners and edges of the poster are magnets and not pins.
